About Us

My name is Tracy Dahr, I am the face behind Dahrling Photography.  I am a stay at home mom to two little ones and currently a military spouse.  Photography has always been a passion of mine from the time I was able to pick up a camera, but after becoming a military spouse and having my babies that is what has made me see the true beauty in preserving every moment!

From deployments, to pregnancy, pregnancy loss and adding my precious babies to our family every moment has become so precious!  Photography allows me to not only keep these memories, but it also allows me to meet new people and explore different places.  I chose to specialize in motherhood and newborn photography because it is something I relate to on so many levels.

I truly believe every season of life deserves to be remembered the good, the bad and the in between! Because these are the moments that make us who we are and guide us to where we are going.  

 I am an extroverted introvert, while I love to meet and interact with different people, my favorite thing to do is be in a comfortable place (home or out in the middle of nowhere camping) to explore my thoughts and creativity. 

I grew up traveling and camping, which is why outdoor photography is an absolute favorite of mine (mountains and farm land areas are my happy places).      

I've been taking pictures since I was 4 (my first camera was a Barbie polaroid)
